The award
winning London show Wicked The Musical is still going strong with the audience.
In the last week of UK, i.e. 3rd January 2015, the show was enjoyed
by 45,000 people and grossed £2,160,377.50, at Box Offices in London and
Edinburgh. The show has broken earlier records of both the West End and UK as
well as Ireland tour.
At the
magnificent Apollo Victoria Theatre, the spectacular London production has set
a new record with 9 sell out shows and gross of £1,023,819.00. Earlier record
of Wicked was of £1,002,885 for week ending 1st January 2011.
In the history
of London Westend, this is the first production that grossed more than £1
million in just one week. The great success of Wicked goes to its wonderful
cast, superb direction and mesmerizing score.

The blockbuster
London show Wicked The Musical is adapted from the novel Wicked: The Life and
Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. The novel was penned by Gregory Maguire.
44 million people have enjoyed the award winning show in 13 countries. The
mesmerizing London show has been enjoyed by both the classes and masses and won
100 international awards.
